gluten-free peanut butter protein balls


Protein balls are so easy to make- they honestly do not take more than 10 or 15 minutes to throw together!- and are the yummiest, healthful snack. This no-bake gluten-free, dairy-free recipe combines amazing tastes (peanut, chocolate, coconut...) and will keep you satisfied for hours. Enjoy these sweet protein energy bites- a great snack for a day on the go!


Ingredients
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1 cup oats
1/2 cup ground flax seeds
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp raw honey
1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
3 tbsp water

Directions
1. In a medium mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients. 
2. Roll 1” balls by pressing about 1 tablespoon of the mixture together.
3. Store at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the refrigerator for 1 week.




And, voilĂ ! It is such an easy recipe and was very well received in this house! 
I'm fairly certain they will all be gone before the end of the week!
